Tarun Mehta
After spending 22 years in the corporate, Tarun ventured into higher education. From 2016, he has closely worked with over 1000 aspirants and made sure that they follow their passion with a clear focus. While working in a senior leadership role with TC Global he gave 360-degree support to aspirants in their career journeys. Tarun provides counselling & education consulting support to students and their parents in navigating through the admission processes at universities/ colleges across the world. He focuses on long-term career discovery and planning which reduces anxiety and prevents the costly mistakes of making the wrong course or university choices.
As an MBA and ICWA with over 30 years of work experience, Tarun believes in fostering through planning and execution from an early stage of your career.

Suresh Balasubramanian
Suresh has worn multiple leadership hats in companies such as Xerox, Microsoft, Cisco, and Intel for close to three decades in various operations, sales and marketing areas. He branched out into leadership coaching three years back. Suresh was fascinated by and has been working on a unique neuro-psychological model which looks at personality, aptitude and attitude with a completely new, practical and powerful perspective. He is blending his management and leadership coaching experience to shape the career discovery and coaching practice within Locus Infinity and to ensure that the students get the best career guidance through approaches and tools rooted in the latest scientific developments in the field.
Suresh is a Physics graduate and an MBA with keen interest in mountaineering and adventure sports.

Nitin P Khanna
Nitin is a B.Tech. from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad and an MBA with more than 25 years experience in teaching, training, coaching and consulting. His expertise has been built on a singular enquiry over last two decades – how do people and organisations learn?
He is the founder of FountHead Training – a unique practice which uses narratives, conversations and storytelling to transform people and organisations. He also founded and leads Fogoo Education & Bharat Learn (NGO) – both the initiatives focused at improving student learning outcomes in elementary school education in government and budget private schools.
Nitin is an avid reader, a trained hypnotherapist and dabbles in Hindi poetry.
